Lucrarea prezinta, intr-o maniera sistematizata, aspecte definitorii de ordin teoretic si practic din amplul univers jurilingvistic, evidentiind rolul esential pe care instrumentele pragmaticii il ocupa in analiza juridica. Prin intermediul acestora, sunt facilitate interpretarea, transmiterea si descifrarea adecvata a conceptelor juridice fundamentale, a normelor juridice imperative si dispozitive, regasite in diverse categorii de texte specializate, precum actele juridice, codurile de legi si textele normative de nivel national si european.

Lucrarea este structurata in doua parti: prima urmareste conceptualizarea principalelor repere teoretice relevante, iar cea de-a doua propune o analiza pragmatica selectiva a unor texte juridice specializate, incluzand totodata un chestionar destinat investigarii dificultatilor intalnite de specialisti in domeniu.

Prin caracterul sau interdisciplinar, lucrarea se adreseaza studentilor din cadrul facultatilor de drept, litere si altor domenii conexe, practicienilor dreptului, traducatorilor, precum si publicului interesat de mecanismele limbajului juridic si de participarea la actul de justitie.

The present volume provides a systematic overview of defining theoretical and practical aspects belonging to the vast jurilinguistic field, highlighting the essential role that pragmatic tools play in legal analysis. Through these instruments, the interpretation, transmission, and accurate decoding of fundamental legal concepts, as well as imperative and dispositive legal norms, are facilitated within various categories of specialised texts, such as legal acts, law codes, and national and European normative texts.

The work is structured into two main parts: the first focuses on the conceptualisation of the principal relevant theoretical frameworks, while the second proposes a selective pragmatic analysis of specialised legal texts, also including a questionnaire designed to investigate the difficulties encountered by specialists in the field.

Due to its interdisciplinary nature, the volume addresses students enrolled in law, philology, and other related academic fields, legal practitioners, translators, as well as readers interested in the mechanisms of legal language and participation in the act of justice.
